Shop Policies
Our Handmade Process for each of our products:
Apparel:
All of our apparel is made-to-order with some of the most high quality t-shirts and sweatshirts. We personally do not like to wear cheap fabrics so we would not want to offer a similar experience to our customers. All apparel is brand new and has not been used or tried on by any customers.
Coffee Mugs:
All coffee mugs are unique design that have been printed on high quality coffee mugs and tumblers. While it is possible to place mugs on the top rack of the dishwasher we prefer to take an extra step to hand wash them so we don't at all damage the design. All mugs have been designed and printed by Twelve9 Printing.
Wall Decals:
Our vinyl decals are top quality and intended for interior home decor (with the exception of those specifically marked for the exterior). Our decals are completely die cut, there is no clear background.
Vinyl decals can stick to almost any smooth surfaces including walls, windows, laptops, flooring, and more! Decals will work on lightly textured walls. Because of the many different wall textures and paint types, we cannot guarantee that our decals will work on all walls. We do send a test decal with every order and encourage you to test it out first. Please contact me for a sample if you are concerned about the decals working with your walls and would like to try before you buy. Our decals will remove easily when you are ready. Just grab a corner of the decal and peel away. Unfortunately, they are not reusable. Although our vinyl decals should not cause damage upon removal, we can not be held responsible for any damage that it may cause.

Shipping
- Decals are usually shipped within 2 to 5 business days via USPS First Class Mail from Columbus, Ohio.
- Our apparel usually ships within 2 to 5 business days via USPS First Class Mail from Columbus, Ohio.
- Our coffee mugs usually ships within 2 to 5 business days via USPS Priority Mail from Columbus, Ohio.
We will be closed in observance of all federal holidays (opm.gov/fedhol/). Shipments may take slightly longer if ordered during or before holiday closures.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Any import fees or taxes (Customs fees) levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Such fees are not covered by shipping & handling fees that we collect. We are not able to discount, alter, or reimburse Customs duties.

Refunds + Exchanges
Because our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time.
If there is an error with your order or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order & we will get your order corrected immediately. Do NOT throw away item or shipping material. We will need you to provide us with photos so we can file a damage claim with the USPS. Pictures of damaged item/packaging need to be sent to info@twelve9printing.com. We cannot issue a refund without evidence of damage (both packaging & damaged item).
If your item is lost in transit or if it says delivered and you did not receive, it is your responsibility to contact USPS.

• Low-VOC paint
• Environmentally friendly paints (i.e. Sherwin Williams Green-sure paint)
• All other "Green" environmentally friendly paints
• It has been reported that Paint and primer in one paints cause issues with sticking. Use your test decal to determine if sticking will be an issue. (contact us immediately if there is a problem with your test decal sticking)
• Freshly painted paint. Your paint should cure for 2-3 months prior to application otherwise your decal may not stick.
CUSTOM - ORDERS
