About Twelve9

Hello! My name is Miquel and I am a 20Something from Columbus, Ohio. Twelve9 Printing is the result of many, if not all of my passions, uniting together in one place.

Before 2014, my love for photography, marketing, graphic design, home decor, and fashion had no connection. In the beginning of 2014, I was on the hunt for custom apparel and decals for my church (Infinite Church) in Gahanna, Ohio. After much frustration, I could not find the quality that I was so determined to find. I then realized I already had the software, if I had the equipment, I could create the apparel and decals myself. In September of 2014, I realized that for once in my life I was able to combine all of the things I loved to do in one activity, creating things! I decided that I would give it a try and I opened a shop on Etsy. Within 24 hours I had received my first order from Cincinnati, Ohio. During that first month, I had received orders from over a dozen states and three different countries. Its been over a year now, and I am completely obsessed with what I get to do every day!

One of the most exciting aspects of this adventure has been to see customers use the same t-shirt or the same set of polka dot decals, yet create something so unique based on their personal style.

What does {Twelve9} mean?
My personal mission statement is based on Romans 12:9. It tells us not to just pretend to love others, but truly love them. Romans 12 is essentially the foundation of being Christ-like. I wanted this endeavor to be more than a shop, but I wanted it to also be a continuous reminder of our commandment to love others. Twelve9 has allowed me to interact with people from across the world and daily live out Romans 12:9.
